The Net Promoter Score (or NPS) is a score to measure your players' satisfaction on the application.
NPS will be pushed after a campaign to each player who has not received NPS in the last 90 days.
If a player refuses this NPS, another one will be offered at the end of the 90-day period.
It is calculated from the intention of your players to recommend the application. They have the possibility to give a grade from 0 to 10 and a qualitative feedback.
This score helps you understand what players like in the application and what could be improved to increase their loyalty and satisfaction. It enables also to get direct feedback from the field and give players the opportunity to give their opinion on the experience.
It is a score between -100 and 100 calculated as following:
% of promotors (grade between 9 and 10) - % of detractors (grade between 0 and 6)
Players that graded between 7 and 8 are considered as passive and not taken into account.
It is totally optional and players are not compelled to give a grade or leave a comment.
The score is relevant when 15% of answers are collected out of the total number of persons surveyed. The highest the rate is, the more relevant it will be.
