Create ambassador's team from the backoffice

As a back-office contributor, you can import a list of players to create ambassadors and assign players to their teams.

To create teams from your back office:

• Import your list of ambassadors and players

• You can either drag and drop your file or search for it on your computer.
  • Accepted formats are .xlsx and .csv

The file must respect the following format:

Here are a few important rules:

• You can import both .xlsx and .csv files.
• The file must contain a Column with the ambassador's email named "ambassadorEmail" and a Column with the associated player's emails named "email".
• The existing list of ambassadors and their teams will only be updated if they appear in the file. If you don't want to update certain teams, simply omit them from the import.
• You can assign a player the role of an ambassador by adding them to the Ambassador column in your file.
• Please note that there is a limit on the number of players per ambassador. If the team exceeds the maximum number, the file will not be considered. To know the limit for your organization, feel free to ask your CSM or support.
